Let me to share this post, this is lovely house with beautiful garden around it. According to the Digsdigs : This lovely house shows how you can decorate the area around it in order to connect the living space with outdoors. Cleverly planned flowerbeds and walkways creates great transition between the nature and the interior. Natural materials like stone and wood serve the same purpose and look amazing with plaster walls. Using these materials in the interior makes it more comfy and livable. The first level includes the living area and service rooms. The second floor is a private part of the house with three bedrooms. There is also a garage near the house which is done in the same style. Even though the house is designed not by Frank Lloyd Wright, his works definitely had inspired its architect. It’s always awesome when the house’s design is blended with surroundings so well. This house is located in Mt. Merino, designed by Joel Sanders Architect. According to the Architect : This house is designed to take advantage of breathtaking views of the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains – made famous by the Hudson River School painters in the late 19th century. Cedar-clad retaining walls, define the compact footprint of the 2200 square-foot house, organized around a two-story interior garden court. Embedded in the hillside, the house was designed from the inside out: like a movie camera viewfinder, the house captures a sequence of carefully framed views organized along a continuous circulation route. As it spirals around an interior courtyard, this concrete path threads its way through a chain of indoor and outdoor spaces that take viewers from the loft-like living/dining level on the upper level, past a pool area sheltered by a dramatic canopy to a wood-clad den and outdoor dining room below.
