Modern Minimalist Greenhouse was designed by Verdickt & Verdickt Architects. Shaped and designed like an industry greenhouse, the design architects Verdickt & Verdickt features exposed steel supports, the windows are wide apart and a barn-shaped A-frame configuration of the very visible from the outside . Once inside, however, modern furniture, clean lines and white walls and ceilings contrast with floors and black granite countertops all give this look an elegant and minimalist.

Two Pavilions House Design, Modern House was designed by Johannsen and Associates, located in Sydney. To maximise the aspect of expansive views from the Spit Bridge to North Sydney, this five bedroom residence is conceived as two pavilion-style wings joined at the entry stairwell. With a protected central courtyard, shady terraces and a sunny pool loggia, the outdoor spaces open to different parts of the site and garden. Passive heating and cooling and natural ventilation help minimise use of A/C, and solar pool heating and 24,000L rainwater tanks have been integrated into this spacious family home. (more…)

Baja Residence, Beach House was designed by Nathan Good Architect. Staggered roofs shade the home’s interior from direct sun while facilitating natural light and cross-ventilation. Design features include a partially covered sunroof over the master bedroom that affords outstanding views of the Sea of Cortez, a covered outdoor dining room, and an extensive trellis along the home’s south side. The residence generates 100 percent of its electricity through renewable sources and rainwater is harvested and reused on site.

East End Beach House by Berg Design Architects in New York

East End Beach House, is contemporary beach house was designed by by Berg Design Architects. Located East Hampton, in New York. Completed in 2009, View of the hedge along the road, the house appears a group of small buildings grouped. The house is the aggregation of three buildings, a box of salt in 1800 moved to Sag Harbor, a garage in 1920, she moved from a previous position on the property and a building of 1980, which connects the two . For the new owner to maintain the illusion of a cottage near the sea was so important how to renew all the house of 3,500 square feet of function both as a comfortable retirement for a young family and a great place to entertain you.

Bergdesign related discrete volumes with a stylish new entry to the house that was previously the main entrance. The Western (salt box) so that the house was redesigned by the combination of a series of small rooms to create a large kitchen / family room. Reworked winding movement facilitates connections between the three buildings, and provide additional visual corridors connect the different spaces inside the house stretched.
