This Mitika Apartments was designed by Parsonson Architects. The building contains seven large apartments, one per floor and each with 270 sq.m floor area and 50 sq.m of decks. Decks and living spaces are along the wide frontage, facing north out to the harbor and hills. By tilting the kitchen, main bedroom and ensuite at 45 degrees , these rooms gain views to the sea past the side of the neighboring building and yielded an unusual zigzag hallway.

Designed by Tyler Engle Architects, This Seattle Institution looked to expand within the Pike Place Market without loosing its lively and inviting dining experience. The new space tripled the seating and preserved the celebrated character of the original restaurant.True to its history, seating wraps the Kitchen and Bar keeping the patrons engaged with the chef and staff. Tables along the perimeter offer views to the market and the Olympics beyond. The expansion retained the landmark building’s historical character and the unique experience which made Matt’s in the Market a Seattle institution.

Designed by Eckersley Garden Architecture, nestled amongst large native trees, clean and simple of Garden Architecture. The brief for this garden came from a young active family who love to entertain and didn’t want to spend all of their spare time slaving in the garden. A new pool was also an important inclusion for the fast growing tribe of kids. The result is a contemporary garden which extends the strong lines of the architecture into the garden and then softens them with carefully sited plantings. Material choices are also sympathetic to the neutral tones of the house – muted greys of pebble seeded aggregate and weathered timber all work easily in the space.

Designed by Tony Owen Partners, this facility houses the national headquarters for Harley Davidson Australia. It is the first building TONDM are designing for the new Lane Cove Business Park for Demian Developments. It contains office space, showrooms as well as training facilities, classrooms, warehousing, gymnasium and breakout space. The design was inspired by the mechanical specification of the motor bike engine.

From Architects :” The goal was to provide the maximum exposure for the swimming hall to the external environment. The hall was designed as a perfect square, featuring separate areas for the different functions of the building. A glass roof gives the impression of swimming under the open sky. The ‚theatre set architecture“ of today’s recreational buildings has been intentionally avoided. Over the whole glassed southern facade, the indoor pool area opens onto a large open space with outdoor activitiy areas and a lake. ” Design by Zechner & Zechner Zt Gmbh.
