The 3-storey residence is built to all boundaries with the living/entertaining areas placed at the highest level to provide occupants with a sense of outlook and ventilation in a built-up area. The floating plywood lined roof is up-lit at night, providing a warm lantern effect that is highly visible from its surrounds. ”
