This Junction Hotel was designed by EJE Architecture. This hotel was achieved spatially, by relocating a central bar and service area allowing the principle street elevations to open up and interact with the street-scape. The interiors then responded to this lightness by providing a fresh palate of materials that reflected the beach-side location without being a literal interpretation. [ EJE Architecture ]

Sistek House, House Design with White Stucco Walls in Santiago, Chile. Designed by Felipe Aassadi + Francisca Pulido Architects. The house Sistek arises from a principle, a possibility of a radical break with the image of new-style neighborhood. Coupled with this, a site twice the size of neighboring lots, so the contrast would be necessarily doubled.

Using white stucco walls of pastel colors, combined with other sub styles of Mediterranean and Mexican appearances. A neighborhood at the foot of the hill Manquehue, whose notoriously outstanding architecture is far from overcome the natural inclination of the hill focusing on the mere realization of aesthetic models and totally decontextualized fashion. The other materials used are steel and glass, the latter as a resource to generate double fronts of view on both levels, thereby generating from inside to outside number one landscape scales, taking as reference points to the hill Manquehue the north and the city of Santiago to the south. This Davinci Residential Tower Architecture, designed by Pascal Arquitectos. Located in Mexico, this tower includes 38 apartment. The service areas include multipurpose room, paddle tennis court, open swimming pool at the roof garden, lounge, SPA with a two lane lap-pool, jacuzzi, restroom, dressing room, and a balcony with fantastic view to the garden.

Each apartment has 3 bedroom, all with bathroom and a walk-in closet, dining room, living room, family room, full kitchen and service room. This building using intelligent system for the building access, CCTV, energy saving lighting controls and lamps. [ Pascal Arquitectos ]

This Floating City Concept Architecture was designed by Ahearn Schopfer Architects. Located in New Orleans, United States. Designed for concentrated use with around 20,000 housing units at an average of 1,100 sq ft, three hotels, 1,500 time-share units and 500,000 sq ft of retail space. Also incorporated are three casinos, 500,000 sq ft of commercial condominiums, parking for 8,000 cars, a school, 100,000 sq ft of cultural facilities and a 20,000 sq ft health facility, making the structure socially self-sufficient. All fitting together with public amenities and administrative offices into an estimated 30 million sq ft.

This Contemporary beach house was designed by Villa & Villa Architecture. Located in Macmasters Beach, New South Wales, Australia. The interior design is equipped with furniture, swimming pool is on exterior of home.
