Applecross is an elite suburb of Perth, Australia with great views on Swan River. This house for family who often hosts guests was designed by Jackson Clements Burrows. It is divided into two halves – Verandah (the western side of the house) and Enclosure (the eastern side of the house). The western side characterized by double height space enclosed by operable louvers which control natural ventilation and shading levels. It’s mostly occupied during the day and evening. The eastern side hosts the kitchen, garage, bedrooms, study and bathrooms. There are also the dining room and various lounge areas which flow into outdoor space. The translucent roof is striped with timber battens and the floors are a warm dark timber. Cross-ventilation cools the spaces while passive solar energy heats them.

Nestled in the bustling frenzy of Sao Paulo, Brazil, the GR House looks like anything but a congested living space located in a populous urban setting. This luxury home designed and built by Bernardes Jacobsen Architecture is engulfed in a lush green private park that soothes your senses and transports you into an atmosphere that is akin the thick Amazonian jungles. The interiors are open, stylish and crafted in line with the modern minimalist trends. Extensive use of glass, white marble and timber ensures plenty of natural lighting and a home that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

This Two Story Luxury Home Design in Guarujá, Brazil was designed by architects Flavio Castro Arquitectos. With an area of 340 m² built on an area of 520.00 square meters, housing incorporated in the housing development in the coastal city of Guaruja – SP.  This home composed of six squares grouped in pairs. Within this compositional rule, two subtractions were made at opposite ends to form two venues: the garage and playground.

Here are some pictures of  luxury home in Swedish, one of modern dream home in Sweden. This home has some advantages, one of them is the house has amazing view, that is lake view. We can enjoy this amazing lake view from living room because the wall of living room made of clear glass. This home was designed by architect John Robert Nilsson. This 250 square meter home located near a lake in Sweden. The home has luxury interior too, white theme interior is used. The exterior is done in brown with black puff, tar paper, steel and lots of dark colors. The contrast of the interior and the exterior is easily noticeable thanks to clean rooms with large glazed walls. Have we ever thought to life in the home like this? Life in luxury home, life in dream home with amazing view like this. Hope if we have dream like it, it will became true.
