Architecture and Home Design

This house is located on the border between the village and the countryside of Prinsenbeek. The clients wanted to achieve a maximum residential volume due to the maximum allowed bouwvlak of 15 x 15 meter, which is built on 3 layers. By slightly elevating the floor over the ground has the potential to link through the basement windows to provide daylight. Likewise the lifted floor living residents more insight into the beautiful surroundings. Designed by Grosfeld Van der Velde Architecten.
