Designed by Alter Studio, this two level house with private courtyard and an exterior spiral stair further connects the house to a roof deck and the ever-present breeze. Seen from exterior, looks large clear glass arranged at lower and upper floors. Enter to interior, primary living spaces are arranged upstairs with a wall of glazing north towards views of downtown, while private bedrooms open to protected courtyard o the floor below.
