David Jay Weiner Architect design this house for Yokum Pond Residence. Designed in three level house with firs level floor lower than land. At front upstairs connect to second floor. At the second floor clear glass window is attached on front and both side wall, allow sun light to lighting on daytime, reduce energy consumption for light. Wood, glass, and other materials is chosen to used in design. Here are pictures of L-Shaped House Design in Oregon Coast, this house was designed by Johnston Architects. From Architects : A 2,500 SF house on the Oregon Coast where the Coquille River meets the ocean. The two wings of the L-shaped plan reach out to the ocean and river views, which are framed by enormous cypress trees. The house provides shelter while opening to the expansive sky, ocean and dunes beyond. Designed by Johnston Architects.

Mt. Baker Residence by Johnston Architects

This is Mt. Baker Residence was designed by Johnston Architects. According to designer : The house as an infill project that respects those attributes and borrows from tradition while expressing a more modern aesthetic. The use of hardipanel, aluminum windows, steel and fir handrails, modern lighting and vivid colors bring the house unequivocally into the present, but the attention to detail, the expression of separate materials and the clarity of the construction reflect its traditional roots. Whidbey Island Cabin, Glass Wood House Design by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects

This Whidbey Island Cabin, Designed by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects. Located on the east site Whidbey island Washington. The sits afford the focused view the northward of Saratoga passage and Mount Baker. The Primary entertaining spaces is defined by two walls of glass bracketed by two solid end structures. This solid end contain the master bedroom and bunk room on one end,while the kitchen, bath and storage room occupy the other. The glass walls from the main floor continues to the loft area all0wing for additional view of the property from this space.

The wood framed structures rests on series of parallel concrete piers that allow for the natural vegetation to remain bellow the cabin. The roof is constructed of glu-lam beams and dimensional timber. The glass walls are an aluminum thermally broken storefront, while the solid end structures are sheathed in fiber cement panels.
